TV remote needed batteries, phone was dead, light bulbs in bathroom were out and there was confusion over the thermostat since one was on the wall and one was on the heat pump unit. Overall a nice stay and good staff but paying attention to the little things left something to be desired. "

We did NOT like the confusion between Expedia & Keystone pursuant to the exact room we were given notice by Expedia that we booked, only to arrive to find we were placed in another room without the amenities (fireplace) we wanted.
