This is a wonderful hotel near the airport. All went well up except for transfer to the airport. I was required to be 10min ahead of departure time at 5am. which I did. Yet it was a total struggle to get the driver to leave on time as he decided to wait for a group of passengers who took their time to get on the bus. No one seemed to care about being on time.

It's a very nice, clean, modern hotel conveniently located near the Quito airport. The shuttle driver met us at the passenger exit with our names on a card he was holding, making our arrival in a foreign country very convenient.

The staff greeted us very nicely, we organized the shuttle from the airport and to the airport with ease (just message them in advance), hotel was clean. My only complaint was the fees paid upon arrival. I stayed for one night and was charged an extra $27 for taxes upon arrival, which isn’t a big deal, but I’d like to pay everything upfront when I travel to avoid surprise expenses. Other than that it was lovely.
