"Perfect location if you love the action on Duval St., which i do. Close to restaurants, sightseeing, shopping. Lovely gardens in back and idyllic pool. Good, well staffed breakfast. Friendly front desk. Just avoid room #5. Pretty compact and on a busy hallway. Closing blinds for privacy leaves you in a cave. Cable was out both days i was there if that matters to you. And a loud argument woke me up at 3 a.m. Go for a room farther in back and you will enjoy your stay. "

"Within walking distances to restaurants, shops and parking. Nice outdoor area, nice breakfast. The room needs a little TLC, small quarters for the price, bed was decent, great shower, but bathroom very small. No parking, luckly the lot 1 1/2 blocks was only 15 dollars a day.Once we arrived we had to pay a convenience fee, which we were unaware of nor did we unstand what this additional charge was for. They stated that it is charged to everyone staying there. "

"No need for a rental car. 1 uber to property from airport and walked everywhere from there which is great for us. Staff was awesome. Quiet and safe (locked gate to property with easy code). Continental breakfast was on time each day with plenty of food, but the only negative comment is that it could have been a better quality for the price. Equivalent to a lower quality hotel chain."
