In a residential area on the outskirts of Dresden, the Kyauhaus Radebeul stands. Built around 1648, it offers romantic details of three centuries. The guest apartment has a large bedroom and a cozy sleeping compartment for two people. The large living room is a comfortable kitchen with dishwasher and hob. For this, a fireplace for evenings with wine from the region. Part of the garden can be used to dream in the sun. Grocery store and bakery are just opposite. You have a choice: Turbulent city life with art and culture in Dresden - beautiful landscapes, castles Meissner in the old country. Both on the doorstep. Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung dieses liebevoll restaurierten Winzerhauses zu zweit genießen dürfen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einem Küchenbereich, in dem wir nichts vermissten und einem Gartenbereich der nach unseren Ausflügen zum Verweilen einlud. Wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt und können diesen Ort nur empfehlen. Einen lieben Dank an die freundlichen, zuvorkommenden und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber!!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt
Wir hatten das Glück, in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung zu übernachten und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Von Anfang bis Ende war unser Aufenthalt hier einfach perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stilvoll, und es fehlte an nichts. Die Küche war mit allem, was man zum Kochen und Essen benötigt, ausgestattet. Die Betten waren äußerst bequem und luden zu erholsamen Nächten ein. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in der Dresdener Innenstadt. Es gab auch viele Restaurants und einen Netto Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er stand jederzeit zur Verfügung, um Fragen zu beantworten und Empfehlungen abzugeben. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und der Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung einfach fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen.

Erholsame Tage in einer wunderschönen Umgebung
Wir kommen gerne wieder!! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig und doch ist alles gut erreichbar. Dresden ist auch mit dem ÖPNV gut zu erreichen.

Das Beste, was Dresden an Unterkunft der besonderen Art bietet
Selten trifft man auf so einen liebevollen, harmonischen Ort. Das Haus steht in einem zauberhaften Garten. Man möchte die Unterkunft gar nicht weiterempfehlen, weil die Chancen für eine nächste Buchung sinken. Aber soviel Engagement für die Wiedererweckung der Seele eines Hauses muss belohnt werden!!! Zunächst einmal herzlichen Dank bei den freundlichen und engagierten Gastgebern! Die stilvolle Ferienwohnung im historischen Kyau-Haus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir haben die einmalige Kombination von liebevoll und fachmännisch restaurierten Räumen mit modernem Komfort sehr genossen. Der wunderschöne Garten lädt ein zum Lesen und Genießen. Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge in die sehenswerte Umgebung. Sehr praktisch ist der kleine Supermarkt mit Fleischtheke und Bäckerfiliale auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite.
