"Nice enough if you absolutely have to play golf on vacation. Otherwise, the location is in the middle of nowhere and the services and accommodations are fine but nothing special. "

Hotel Eremo della Giubiliana

5.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (128)
"Hotel Eremo is a former monastery. You are greeted immediately by name by the friendly staff. The property is serene, dining is available outside in a courtyard, at the pool, in your room. There is an amazing breakfast buffet. There is a
spa
or cooking classes by the chef which need to be reserved in advance. It is necessary to have a car to visit the beach or surrounding towns. We also drove to the oldest winery in Sicily for a tour, tasting, and lunch."
