Welcome to your home away from home, Where the golden sand meets the crystal-clear waters of the ocean.

Rainbow Beach offers soft, warm sand beneath your feet, and the sand stretches for miles, offering you relaxation or adventures; this beachside getaway provides it all.

Centrally located within walking distance to the heart of Rainbow Beach and the gateway to Frazer Island.

There is no need to wait for this holiday.

Downstairs:

- Stay organized and stress-free with our designated 'mudroom' upon the entrance to the home; this area offers a convenient and functional space that provides a seamless transition from outdoor adventures to indoor relaxation.

-Office/study offers a large timber desk and oversized computer chair with a double glass window that brings in the natural light and overlooks the yard.

- An open-plan lounge room with large windows again allows the natural light to flow through the home.

- 3 comfortable lounges with cushions arranged to allow conducive conversations or relaxation.

The lounge room features a large smart TV, CD player/radio and an air-conditioned unit.

- A fully stocked kitchen equipped with all utensils and a commercial five burner gas cooktop that also features 2 electric ovens, guests can whip up their favourite meals and enjoy them in the large dining area or outside on the deck or with ample seating outdoors.

-Coffee lovers, we have you covered with two options: a pod machine or instant coffee on hand.

- A large and spacious washroom is located conveniently on the lower level of the home and features a toilet and basin.

Upstairs:

5 bedrooms, media room and a shared bathroom (sleeps 11)

- Spacious king master bedroom features a plump and cozy king bed and ample pillows laid out on the soft linens.
This spacious and inviting room allows you to take a deep breath to relax and unwind.

The statement piece of this room is the luxurious bath that is the centrepiece of the bathroom, along with the open stone shower.
This room also offers couples their private balcony with seating to take in the amazing breeze the home experiences.

In addition to all of the above, the room comes with ample walk-in robe space, a chest of drawers, bedside lighting and a comfy reading chair.


-Down the hall, you will find 4x bedrooms all with their own Queen-size bed and in 1 of the rooms is an additional king single bed, all rooms have ceiling fans, x2 bedside tables, bedside lights with ample clothes space during the stay.

-Large media room featuring air-conditioning that flows into all the bedrooms.

-The chaise lounge is versatile and can convert to a double bed which can accommodate x 2 people, this will require (a BYO pillow/blanket/linen/towels, as this is not provided).

- A shared bathroom that is well stocked with all the essentials; the room features a twin vanity, toilet, and a beautifully large, stoned-floor shower.

Included:

Instant coffee, black tea, small milk and sugar and coffee pods.

All linen, bedding, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats, toilet paper, air freshener, hand wash at all basins, bin liners, and all required kitchen and household cleaning products and utensils (including dishwasher and washing machine).

Outside:

-The seamless flow from the kitchen to the outdoors provides the experience of the distant ocean breeze on the wrap-around deck that overlooks the front yard.

Whether you enjoy cooking on the BBQ with family and friends or simply stargazing, this deck will make you feel right at home.

-Don't forget the outdoor shower to wash off after a long day at the beach.

Plenty of on-site parking is available for vehicles, boats, trailers, etc.

A fish cleaning station and extra-long hose are at the house to wash down.

There is an additional fee of $45pp pn for 8 plus.

You are welcome to bring your fur baby. Please ask the hosts before booking, and keep in mind that the yard is not fully fenced.

Pet fees- per stay, this additional fee is for 1 animal only and the extra sanitizing of the home for our next guests.

Pet rules-

We have set up house rules that apply to pets while staying in our home, and we ask that you please follow them.

We do provide one medium dog crate and two bowls.

-Droppings are the owners' responsibility.
-Clean up after your pet
-Ensure pets do not go upstairs; we do have a barrier. Please let us know if you wish to have this left out.
-Pets are not allowed on the lounge.
-Owners will be responsible for any chewed or damaged floor or furniture caused by any pets.

Pet Supervision: If you bring a pet, please know that the yard is not fully fenced. Additionally, the deck leads to the back of the home and is not fully secured. Ensure you monitor your pets at all times to prevent them from wandering off or getting into unsafe areas.

Children Supervision: Please monitor your children closely, especially in the yard and deck. The house has stairs inside, and we recommend watching more minor children to ensure they do not fall. Ensure that no furniture is pushed up against the railing guard on the deck to prevent children from climbing up and over.

Stairs Safety: Be cautious when using the stairs inside and outside the home. If you are consuming alcohol, please take extra care. The accommodation provider is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from the use of the stairs, whether inside or outside the home.

By staying at our home, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for the safety and supervision of their pets and children. The accommodation provider accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or incidents resulting from a lack of supervision or other actions.

Striking in beauty and rippled with colourful ancient sand dunes, the coastal town of Rainbow Beach.
Beach is nestled between Fraser Island and Cooloola National Park.

This home is located perfectly for all your needs, at the end of the street you will find the local pizza and pasta, IGA, bottle shop and takeaway fish and chips, stroll 100m to the local swimming pool, sports club.

The beach and Main Street cafes are only a 200m walk from the home 7min stroll with no hills.

You must go and sink your feet into the golden sand of the Carlo Sand blow which is a 6min drive and hike through the sub-tropical rainforest fringing the dunes or explore the rainbow hues of the seaside beach cliffs.

For the adventurous you can dive with Grey Nurse Sharks year-round through Wolf Rock Dive Centre, canter along the beach with Rainbow Beach Horse Rides and take in this unspoilt part of coastal paradise by horseback or via the skies with Rainbow Beach Helicopters.

This home is located within walking distance of everything you need and desire, 200mtr stroll down to the beach and all the main cafes, restaurant's, IGA and pubs.

50mtrs from the home you will find a bottle shop, pizza and pasta takeaway and IGA.

If you plan on exploring beyond the beach, driving or renting a car maybe an option.

We reserve the right to visit/inspect the property if we receive a complaint, including one about noise, leaving the exterior front door lights on after 10 p.m., or any other related breach of contract, such as excess not approved guests on the property.

All signage in the house must be noted and observed. These messages are highlighted in the house rules, which we have reinstated. Failure to follow instructions as provided or rules as indicated will incur additional service costs.

We are conscious of acting fairly and reasonably. The guests are responsible for demonstrating a duty of care and reporting damage/utility/equipment and/or furniture failure during their stay. In the event of damage and/or neglect not being reported at the time of occupancy and to be detected upon guest check out, we will raise these breaches with the guest within 24 hours. Retaliatory reviews in the event of a breach of contract are considered vengeful and avoidable. We are prepared to act reasonably to have the damage repaired and costs settled by the guest, enabling a favourable review.


NB—Any breach of ANY House Rules will result in the cancellation of the booking, guests will be required to leave, and strictly, NO refund will be given.
