The garden was perfect and our little dog loved it. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of glasses and dishes. We were lucky with the weather and were able to go out to different places. "Ellie on check in was really helpful and welcoming. She even upgraded us! The property is clean throughout, has great facilities and Guy & Vicky In the leisure club were also helpful and friendly. Our room had all we needed and the bed was comfy. Loved the ESPA products. The food was good - a nice selection and cooked well. Service from the bar staff also was really good. Same applied at breakfast service too. One of the best Village hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommend "
