Extremely disgusting. Shower or bathroom was no clean. Someone else’s hair in shower and sink. No toilet paper. Had hair in sheets. And white “stuff” on living room furniture. By far disgusting. Will never recommend or stay here. Ended up leaving after an hour and going somewhere else.

Over the last 20 years, I have traveled a lot for work and leisure. The WaterWalk is BY FAR the nicest place I have ever stayed. I've stayed at Aloft's, Hyatt Place, Best Westerns, Washington Duke Inn, etc- The WaterWalk is leaps and bounds above these places. The facilities were updated so nicely, the staff was amazing and friendly, and the location was superb for our needs. I would recommend 10/10. You will not be disappointed!

We were extremely disappointed in this property. There was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. We were told to go buy our own at Walmart. There was no hair dryer. I had the girl search for one after she told me there were nine. She finally located a new hair dryer. The Wifi does not work in building 2. The floors were in need of vacuuming and mopping. There were two toothbrushes in the bath drawer filled with hair, disgusting. The dessert was almost up against the bottom of the bed preventing use of the dresser or getting into bed on the opposite side.
