It had a terrible mildew/sulfur smell that hit you as soon as you walked in the door. There were paper towels to wipe your hands in the bathroom but no trash cans. We really were unsure if the sheets were clean. There were stains all over the walls that looked liked body fluid. My mom feel down the stairs because they were unsteady and deep. "We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect for what we were there for, touring NCSU and going to the NC Symphony with our teenage daughter. We also enjoyed the farmer’s market. We went for a walk through the neighborhood which was really nice. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. We will hopefully return in the future to visit our daughter at college."

"Stayed with a few other friends, the property was perfect--clean, state of the art, and the space throughout was incredible. We enjoyed a meal at the table on the roof and the view and location were perfect for our stay. Can't echo the 5 stars enough, communication and responsiveness were also great. Would stay again if in the area."

"A perfect amount of space for two adult couples. Very clean and comfortable. Check on and check out easy. Within easy walking distance to Crabtree Creek Trails for relaxed shaded strolls. On a busy street but parking off the street allowed for easy access. Upper room allowed space to spread out for individual private time. Would return if back in the RDU area. "

"My wife and I stayed here over the Long Labor Day weekend for a wedding and we absolutely loved it ! The house was exactly as it was listed. The Pool and Hot tub were amazing, we used them both everyday. The house was very clean as were both bathrooms. There were all the amenities you would need or could think of and some extras like a welcome snack basket with drinks that was very thoughtful. "Stayed here for a family wedding. Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Nice back deck. Beds were comfortable. Playroom with air hockey, foozball, and four arcade games was great for the kids. Only real issue was the thermostat which kept resetting to a programmed temperature that was much too high. Otherwise, the place worked out well for our family."

"This was such a beautiful home to stay in in Cary! Well labeled cupboards around the kitchen / house that made it easy to find anything we needed, plenty of towels for a group stay, and easily accessible to great neighborhood food options. Our only wish was that check in and check out times were a little earlier/later. Favorite part of the house was definitely the gorgeous sunroom which was especially nice with fall foliage. "
