Séjour horrible
Impossible d’évaluer car après avoir sonné à la porte de l’établissement pendant plus de 20 mn c’est un client qui m’a ouvert. Attendu pendant 1h30 quelqu’un de l’établissement pour nous faire enregistrer à la réception et recevoir la clé de notre chambre. Nous avons été mis devant le fait qu’il n’y avait pas de réservation pour nous alors que la chambre était payée et après avoir reçu la confirmation de la réservation. Résultat nous avons dû rechercher une chambre d’hôtel dans un autre établissement en urgence afin de ne pas dormir dans notre véhicule. Je trouve cela inadmissible et suis très mécontente.
