Superior suite with 50%of light busted, after 2 days few was replaced but unfortunately the one above the bed was not possible to turn-off, so I sleep with light on. "We arrived early and were told check in wasn't until after 2 which was fine. We filled out all paperwork and went to lunch. Once we returned after 4 some of our rooms were still not ready and we did not receive all rooms until after 6. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. The rooms are very outdated. "Amazing Hotel facing the beach in João Pessoa. This was my first time in this hotel with my Fiancé and we loved it. The restaurant has a nice decoration as the hotel with lots of plants and trees. Food is very good. The gym and pool are also great. Breakfast is amazing. The staff is very polite, friendly, always available to help. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Great hotel, many services, and employees always available to help and solve any problem you may face. Close to many good restaurants and shoppings, close to beach and easy to drive to. It's in a quiet / safe neighbourhood, not "walk" close to where most activities are done in city, but at 5-10 mins by car. App cars are easy to call in the area. "
