"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

"Pour se retrouver entre amis le temps d'un week-end et de profiter des alentours de Rennes nous avons loué tout le gîte pour une nuit. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end et tout s'est très bien passé. Il y a de la place pour accueillir pas mal de monde, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le gîte pour s'occuper (babyfoot, barbecue ....) et tout le monde a bien dormi. What a surprise !

"The hotel looks a little shabby from the exterior however once you enter your room it is a whole new experience. The room was clean, had a coffee machine, comfy bed and pillows and flat screen TV. plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom had a great shower, large lit mirror, hairdryer, heated towel rail and clean soft towels. Room had controllable heating too."

"We had a fantastic time at the castle with our family of 30 people of all ages. Great swimming pool, hot tub sauna etc. Very nice terrace next to the swimming pool, and good sun beds. The castle is very spacious. We had a super week"

Lovely location and grounds. Not enough staff

"We arrived at the end of a long drive. The property grounds are lovely. The property details say restaurant and bar. The restaurant doesn’t open on a Sunday evening so we had a local pizza take away. The bar also closed early too. Upon check out, reception was not manned."
