"Lovely hotel in the traditional Italian Riviera style. Staff could not have been more helpful. Food and service were excellent. Only criticism was the lack of a shuttle service to the centre of town which, given the position of the hotel on top of a hill, the high cost of local taxis and the high temperatures, made it difficult for older customers or those with mobility difficulties."

"My room was tiny but clean. The A/C worked, the shower was refreshing and there was a mini fridge. Rate was very reasonable for Rapallo and the hotel was 500 meters from downtown and the waterfront. Staff was pleasant and accommodating."

"What a fabulous hotel! Location is perfect for travelling around Liguria, with the ferry boat only 2 minutes walk. 10/10 for cleanliness and maid service. The room was nicely furnished and had a beautiful terrace overlooking the harbour. Breakfasts had a good selection of deli, fresh fruits and yoghurts. What made this hotel truly special was the staff. They could not do enough for us, and made our stay memorable! Will definitely be returning!"
