"I had taken a all inclusive plan for this stay. The drinks were not premium. Asked for a banana for the baby, one oytlet said go to another, another said go to another. Asked for ginger ale at the bar, said it is over and need to get it from another bar. "

"They are trying to update and it is clean. lifts are slow and awkward. Staff was friendly but I believe overtaxed as I was away from hotel and my car overheated...I tried for 3 hours to call the front desk and also reservations with no success to get a late checkout or extend. I did however get a return call several hours after I checked out wondering why I had called...overall a nice place but needs some communications assistance."
