"The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning"

"We had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. Everything from A to Z has been impeccable. The villa, the food, the staff and everything one can think of. When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. Super highly recommended especially when one wants to escape the busy city. "

"The beach was great. Waiting time for a buggy was often too long at peak times. We wld prefer more Arabic/Indian dishes. Some natural juces w/o added sugar or sweetener wld be great, too. And, pls get rid of these damned plastic water bottles!"

"A couple of my buddies and I played golf near by and chose the BM Beach Resort for an overnight. The room was clean and very quiet. The check in was seamless and the hospitality excellent. I will stay here again the next time I visit RAK. "

"Beautiful location and great property! The views are spectacular! Rooms are big and comfortable. All inclusive is a great deal, good food variety and deliciousness. Excellent guest service. One observation is the late children activities from 8pm to after 9pm may be a different location would be better. "
