Despite the holiday rush, they handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm smile. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the pools were undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. Even with so many guests, finding a poolside seat or getting a cold drink delivered was never an issue. The staff was always attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly. Only negative was the children running and screaming in the corridors at 1am… not something you should blame the property for, but certainly some of the all-inclusive customers are lacking certain basic manners…"
