House Tireli is an old renovated house with swimming pool situated in a small, very quiet village called Letajac above the Raša bay. The house is also on higest parts of village, so the wiew is really amazing- you can see the parts of Adriatic sea in Raša bay in the distance , and the old town of Labin on the hill on the other side.

The house is on 2 floors and 82 m2 ( without teraces). Downstairs you have a kitchen, one sleeping room with two separated beds and TV, and a bathroom with washing machine.
Upstairs there is a bigger sleeping room with double bed ( that can be separated as well), a safe, bathroom, and living room with a TV and a sofa that can be streched in bed for two persons . From living room you can go on large upper terrace with all day sunshine and a wiew to a swimming pool.
Swimming pool is cca 30 m from the house with a large beach, sleeping chairs and shadow, solar heated shower and toilette. You can eat outdoors- on the large covered terrace with small kitchen and grill.
Swimming pool with its beach and terrace is sorrounded by 5000 m2 of greenery and over 200 olive trees.
In front of the house you have a lot of parking place.

It has internet acces and WLAN, 2 TV with satelite, and it is air conditioned.

Lovely house with everything what is needed
Great and easy check in, even some gifts like fruits and Selfmade olives for the first day. Wonderful house, modern furnishings like the kitchen or both baths. The pool and including pool house are a dream, if we been at the house, we spend the whole day outside at the pool house. Enough space for the children to play! Small village, no traffic and a great view! Would definitely recommend Marina’s and Alen house! Thank you very much for hospitality!

Pretty green house with amazing pool!
We stayed in house Tireli with our 2 teenage sons. The restoration of the place is very well done, is has all the convenience you wish for and is fully updated with modern equipment. The outside pool area is in one word superb! The infinity pool creates such a pretty and relaxing vibe and the outside kitchen is fully equiped for extended family BBQs. Our sons loved the trampoline and pingpong table as well, it just makes you want to stay put the whole day as there is enough to do. The area is quite remote, so you really do need to drive to any place you would like to go.. it was not a problem for us as we valued the peaceful and quietness of the location. Great beach visits are only 15/20 min away. The magnificent host Marina and her husband made our stay fully complete. The welcoming entrance to the house which had fruit, wine and snacks stocked in the fridge was an absolute bless! Communication with Marina was easy and they both have been very helpful whenever we had questions. The only maybe tip I would like to mention would be that it would have been convenient to have a info book with just a shortlist of all general info. Like explanation of garbage, electrical equipment, supermarket location etc. But all in all we would definately recommend Tireli house, would stay again if possible!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt völlig genossen! Das Haus ist toll aber der Wahnsinn ist der Pool mit Poolhaus!! Super schön und wirklich privat und romantisch! Würden jederzeit wieder kommen und weiterempfehlen! Die Gastgeber sind total freundlich aber sehr unaufdringlich!! Haben Eier und Wein sowie Obst bekommen.

Idyllisch und ruhig
Besonders das Poolhaus ist toll. Dort kann man sich auch bei hohen Temperaturen super aufhalten und sich im Pool abkühlen. Die Kinder lieben es. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich um alles.

Sehr nette Vermieter, die uns mit Wein, Obst und Gemüse und Eiern aus eigener Produktion erfreut haben. Pool und Poolhaus sind einzigartig. Es ist alles vorhanden. Einzig der Weg zum Meer ist etwas lang.

Ein Traum Ausblick auf Meer und Rasa Bucht. Toller Pool mit angrenzendem gut ausgestattetetem Poolhaus. Super herzliche nette und unauffällig kümmernde Gastgeber, sogar Covid19 Test Termin war bevorzugt möglich. Man muss motorisiert sein, da Letajac ein traumhaft verschlafendes Dorf etwas außerhalb liegt. 2 gut ausgestattete Bäder, Top moderne Küche. ElternSchlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer oben...Rabac, Labin, Kap Kamenjak und weitere Traumstrände gut zu erreichen. Ein Geheimtipp insbesondere in Coronazeiten.... Wir kommen wieder...

Sehr schön gelegenes Feriendomizil für die ganze Familie
Für eine Familie ausreichend geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes, gemütliches Ferienhaus. Entspannung pur bietet der sehr schön angelegte Pool mit dem Gartenhaus inmitten von Olivenbäumen. Sehr zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeber haben sich unaufdringlich um sämtliche Anliegen gekümmert. Kurzum ein hervorragender Platz für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Hier lässt sich Istrien mit allen Sinnen genießen.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Ein wunderschönes Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Ein toller Garten mit überdachtem Essbereich (fast eine zweite Küche), Grill, WC und großem Pool mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick sehr ruhig gelegen. Für uns das schönste Haus das wir je in Kroatien hatten und wir waren schon einige male da... Und nicht zu vergessen: ganz liebe Vermieter Vielen herzlichen Dank Marina und Alen

Erholung pur
Dies war unserer 1. Urlaub in Kroatien und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir sind zu viert gereist. Mein und ich mit unseren Kindern 4 und 6. Das Haus hat eine angenehme Größe und ist eine Mischung aus alt und modern. Ich find es wirklich süß. Es liegt in einer Sackgasse und es wirklich ruihg dort. Die einzigsten Geräsuche sind die Hühner und ein paar Hunde der Nachbarn. Aber diese haben in keinster Weise gestört. Der Pool ist sehr sauber gewesen. Zum Einkaufen und zum Strand war es auch nicht weit. Wir haben auf Grund der guten Bewertungen gebucht und können es auch weiterempfehlen. Marina und Alen waren sehr nett. Man fühlte sich direkt wohl.

Erholung pur!
Wir verbrachten mit unseren drei Kindern (11, 6 und 6) zwei erholsame Wochen in Letajac. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse (es ist das letzte Dorf an der Straße, die wenige Häuser weiter endet) mit entsprechend wenig Verkehr. Der Pool ist ein Traum, die Kinder waren begeistert und haben fast den ganzen Tag im Wasser verbracht, während wir auf den Sonnenliegen direkt am Pool entspannen konnten. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und der Pool wird zudem regelmäßig gereinigt. Super ist auch das Poolhaus, das mit einer kleinen Küche und einer Toilette ausgestattet ist. Hier haben wir häufig den ganzen Tag, vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen, verbracht. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet viel Platz zum Toben und Spielen. Es wachsen überall Olivenbäume und einige Feigenbäume, von denen wir uns jederzeit bedienen durften. Die Vermieter Marina und Alen sind sehr nett und überaus gastfreundlich, haben sich um alles gekümmert ohne aufdgringlich zu sein. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir fanden ein sehr schönes und vor allem sehr ruhiges Anwesen in einem schönen Ambiente vor. Kein Verkehrslärm, keine Tiergeräusche, keine neevenden Nachbarn, einfach nur Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr ordentliche renoviert, hat eine moderne Küche mit allem Zubehör, was man braucht. Der Pool ist gepflegt und wird auch zwischendurch vom Hauswirt gereinigt. Im Garten befindet sich inmitten von vielen Olivenbäumen ein kleiner liebevoll angelegter Fußballplatz. Total genial. Die Besitzer sind sehr angenehme Leute und halten sich zurück. Der Wäschewechsel hat hervorragend funktioniert. Wir hatten soweit keine Probleme, so dass wir die Hilfsbereitschaft von Marina und Alen nicht in Anspruch nehmen mussten. Zum Strand braucht man ein Auto. Allerdings reicht der Pool und die offene Küche völlig aus, um den Urlaub zu genießen. Die Verständigung findet in Englisch statt. Es gab keine Mücken oder Ungeziefer, einzig Grashopper, die aber nicht ansatzweise genervt haben. In 7 Minuten ist man in Labin. Dort findet man ansprechende Supermärkte und eine richtig tolle Altstadt. Grillen kann man wie zu Hause. Wer morgens frische Brötchen möchte, muss entweder und die Stadt zum Bäcker oder bereits gebackene Brötchen wieder im Backofen aufbacken. Die aus Deutschland gewohnten Aufbackbrötchen in jeglicher Form gibt es in Kroatien nicht. Insgesamt hat alles gepasst.

Gîte très confortable dans un endroit très joli et très calme avec une superbe piscine très bien entretenue où nous avons passé l'essentiel de notre temps. Accueil très chaleureux de Marina et Alen qui nous ont fait découvrir les délicieux vins, olives, ....... de leur production, toujours disponibles en cas de question ou de souci domestique. La région est superbe et la gastronomie croate nous a réjouis. Les 2 semaines sont passées trop vite mais nous ont donné l'envie de revenir dans ce beau pays.

Sauber, Modern, Gemütlich und alles vorhanden!
Wir, eine Gruppe von sechs Abiturienten, mieteten das Haus Anfang Juni, für eine Woche. Wir waren vom ersten Moment an begeistert, der Blick von der Terrasse, die sich um den Pool zieht, ist atemberaubend schön. Man blickt über eine Waldlandschaft hinweg bis hin zum Meer, sogar die Altstadt von Labin ist zu sehen. Zum Haus, das Haus wurde vor zwei Jahren renoviert und ist dadurch sehr modern und funktional eingerichtet, durch die sehr dicken Wände ist es stets kühl im inneren, was für angenehme Temperaturen beim schlafen sorgt. Es ist alles vorhanden und funktionsfähig und sollte mal etwas nicht funktionieren, wird sich die Vermieterin Marina, mit allem was sie hat, bemühen um das Problem, so schnell wie möglich, zu lösen. Selbiges gilt für Extrawünsche, wir wollten beispielsweise, dass das Poollicht nachts etwas länger an bleibt, es war noch am selben Tag umgestellt! Generell wird Marina jemandem in sämtlichen Belangen behilflich sein, sie antwortet auch stets innerhalb von wenigen Minuten auf Mails oder SMS. Das Poolhaus hat uns fast am besten gefallen, da es sich perfekt eignet, um gemeinsam im freien zu essen oder um nachts Karten zu spielen und den Tag gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen. Ebenfalls von Vorteil ist die Tatsache, dass in Letajac lediglich 25 Leute wohnen, was bedeutet man stört nachts niemanden, wenn man noch lange draußen ist. Das Poolhaus ist außerdem von Olivenbäumen und einer grünen Wiese umgeben, welche sich ausgezeichnet zum Ballspielen eignet. Ebenfalls zu empfehlen ist der Sonnenaufgang, diesen kann man zwar vom Haus aus nicht direkt sehen, jedoch reicht es schon mit dem Auto fünf bis zehn Minuten Richtung Labin zu fahren, um eine geeignete Stelle zu finden. Selten haben wir ein so inniges und freundschaftliches Verhältnis zu einem Vermieter gehabt wie hier! An dieser Stelle nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an Marina! Abschließend kann man also sagen, dass der Urlaub durch und durch gelungen war!
