The extremely comfortable house welcomes you in an idyllic location overlooking the hilly landscape in the small town of Sveta Marina on the east coast of Istria. The modern and tasteful interior makes it the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with the whole family. After an eventful day, relax together by the fireplace and chat late into the evening.



Step out onto the terrace from the living area and be enchanted by the wonderful view. Enjoy the tranquility and sunbathing in comfortable deck chairs and refresh yourself in the pool if needed. Prepare a delicious dinner on the barbecue and let a wonderful vacation day come to an end while eating outdoors.



Sveta Marina is a small coastal town where there is also a diving center, so it is a popular place for divers and water sports enthusiasts. Visit the nearby old town of Labin, rich in history and culture, and enjoy the gastronomic offer of one of the local restaurants. During the summer months, a small grocery store and a restaurant are open in Sveta Marina.
