"A lovely hotel in a good location within driving distance to the main town. Staff very friendly and helpful . My only issue was that our bedroom was too warm, especially at night as temperature cannot be adjusted. We had to put towels on the radiator to reduce the heat in the bedroom. Also no net curtain on the window, so privacy was a bit restricted once main curtains were open . "

The gracious and helpful employees, the sublime surroundings, the delicious dinner at the steakhouse and our amazing room made our anniversary very memorable. We hope to be back every time we are home in Ireland visiting family. We absolutely loved our stay. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel a little tired may need a refresh but the rooms are very clean and very big especially for Europe. Everything was workable and good. Hotel staff was very nice and they had a great bar and fabulous breakfast. Walking distance to House of Waterford, right on the water and walking to many shops, restaurants and bars. "
