The details really stood out here. We particularly appreciated the chocolates and tote bag on the bed as well as the signature toiletries. The tea set on the dresser were a nice vintage contrast to the modern amenities. The building is well considered and maintained. Our room was quite small and the bathroom even smaller but this is not an issue for us. We also had to climb three flights of narrow stairs; also not an issue but worth mentioning to those with accessibility or mobility concerns. It is self check-in and we only encountered staff intermittently. The location is simultaneously quiet yet steps away from bustling streets. We would stay again.

We had a nice large apartment that accommodated our family of three very comfortably. It had a nice clean kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I appreciated that the bathrooms were very clean. The shower in one bath didn’t work very well but the other shower worked great (hot water and great water pressure). Property is located in a great part of town close to all the cool shops and eateries. Highly recommend.

If you’re not driving, this property is an excellent choice. Parking in Edinburgh can be challenging, but the location offers convenient access to shopping and is close to the castle.

Excellent hotel stay, jacuzzi suite was incredible. Overall hotel decor is a little tired but clean and welcoming. VIP included breakfast was great, would definitely stay again.

The rooms were great as was the cleaning staff. quiet clean rooms and hotel was in a great location to walk to everything. didn’t like the staff - from front desk to bar staff all acted like we didn’t exist or were very unfriendly. very unexpected
