"I actually couldn't stay at the hotel, when I arrived they informed me at the reception that the hotel was full and that it must have been a mistake. I have been trying to claim back the money I have paid but no success since the hotel didn't provide me with any prove of it. I would.like to get my money back since I paid for a service that I couldn't receive! Please contact the hotel and inform me of the procedure to get a refund!"

Hotel staff intimate they have outsourced it to the shack at the back of hotel. They haven’t, it is owned & run by same hotel. Breakfast consists of half a glass of orange (if they have it), a bowl of fruit consisting of 1/2 grape, yes 1/2 grape, a slice of kiwi fruit finely chopped, and a small piece of melon finely chopped. "I highly recommend this hotel. It is my third time here. The location is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Most of all, one of the staff members, Marcos Freitas is wonderful, very caring and polite. I was impressed with his service and dedication to all guests.
