"Perfect place for our girls weekend. Location is great as well. We each had our own room and bathroom which was a plus. It was so nice to sit in the living room each morning while having our coffee telling stories about the night before. Salty Dogs is a great hole in the wall to start your nightly adventures. Be sure to bring towels and paper products as toilet paper and paper towels were limited. Enjoy!"

"It is a Beautiful little duplex house. With 3 bedrooms and Everything you need! It has its own Kitchen and Living room, even a little Dining room. Great Location right near the beach. It is right on Folly Road so there’s a lot of traffic going by. And then it looks like it was recently painted maybe a little too thick so some of the bedroom doors are hard to close and open, but these were minor things. For the most part, we had a great stay. I would recommend it and consider staying there again...

"Loved this property and would absolutely stay again.. great location near City Market and short walk to the water and park and the Pineapple Fountain. Staff was perfect. You hardly noticed they were there but always right there when we needed anything. We never saw the staff cleaning the rooms and were never disturbed, but rooms were always cleaned when we were out, even though at different times of the day. "The property is an excellent alternative to the overpriced hotels in downtown Charleston, which is a 10-minute drive or Uber away. We had a couple of issues with the first room we were given, and the next morning we were quickly given a different room just down the hall. The bar in the lobby is very nice, and the food menu provided plenty of reasonably priced options. All the staff we encountered were polite, professional and helpful."

Turntable in the room a fun treat, Tall glass bottles in the room fillable with fresh filtered water from the hallway taps, and coffee, tea and treats in the hallway as well. Lovely outdoor restaurant/courtyard for relaxing with fireplace. Wish we took advantage of loaner bicycles. "
