We have been staying here a lot more lately instead of the Fairmont and we love it.
This was the first time we've had even the slightest thing close to an issue. The room connected to ours was partying until 5am and when we finally called security, not only were they there in minutes, but when the room tried to not answer their due, they were persistent and got them to open up and dealt with it immediately.
