About the property
Introducing Basil Pyggy, one of four charming retreats which boast breathtaking views of the surrounding farmland. Situated in the picturesque heart of Silchester, this luxurious, people-sized pig arc has been meticulously hand-built in Hampshire, showcasing craftsmanship and attention to detail, while providing inviting and cosy interiors. Should you wish to explore the area, you'll be perfectly placed to explore the many walking routes and bike rides in the area, or you can venture further to the town of Tadley and the city of Reading.
The space
Inside, you will find a plush king-sized bed, ideal for a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration, while the en-suite bathroom features a spacious shower and sink.

For your convenience, the small kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, fridge, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and tea and coffee making facilities, perfect for crafting light snacks and bites. Meanwhile, the Smart TV offers entertainment for cosy evenings in.

To maintain your comfort throughout the year, each unit is fitted with air conditioning units that provide both heating in the cooler months and cooling during the summer heat.

The property does not have a private outdoor space; however, the on-site farm shop (open daily from 9am - 6pm) has seating outside where you can sit and enjoy drinks and snacks.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £50 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
