"This property is in a little town in Northern Italy that we chose so we could get to Trieste, Venice, Croatia and Slovenia all is less than one hour driving. The accommodations were so authentic and very well appointed. We loved the small village, the restaurants there as well as the winery. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Italy. We all loved the home and the people that ran it. Such a beautiful and safe environment. "

Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön renoviert und typisch gebaut für die Zeit um das 19. Jahrhundert. Besonders haben wir die Kontakfreudigkeit der Bewohner und die Natur genossen. Ideal für Urlauber die den Massentourismus entfliehen wollen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, es gibt noch viel zu entdecken. "

"Vasja is a fabulous host, who greets visitors with a welcome drink & plenty of regional insight. The apartments are designed for big groups with multiple beds in multiple rooms. While we only stayed for 2 nights, things are set up nicely for week-long stays. Breakfasts are delicious and locally sourced. Bovec is reasonably convenient (35-40 min) to ski slopes in Italy. It’s also in the heart of beautiful natural wonders. Driving the mountain roads nearby is exhilarating."

"This is a great house for a group or family. We stayed for a few nights. The location was convenient and we liked to relative quietness of Cezsoca to Bovec. It was easily accessible to the river and trails."

The whole place, nicely set up, looks unattended and in lack of regular deep cleaning and supervising to keep it nicely and welcoming. "This was great to have an apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Laundry done and folded for 20 Euros and right next to the rafting rental place. Beautiful nature surrounding with short drive to all the sites. Walkable into town for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was worth it too lots of local delicacies. "
