Cama bem boa, localização incrível, e apesar de sempre limpo, tive a impressão de que havia sempre funcionárias limpando os quartos no corredor e fazendo muito barulho. A área de passar também é um quartinho isolado e sujo e a piscina estava em manutenção o tempo todo.

Shower drain didn’t work, flooded room. Changed rooms. Only 2 power outlets in room. Paper thin walls. We could hear people talking. Our son wasn’t allowed in our room to help us with our luggage. Breakfast was very disappointing. Constantly out of food and coffee machine broken. Stay elsewhere!

It’s what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Professional staff and well maintained property. I’m actually thinking about renting an apartment on the higher floors when I get back to Brazil.

O hotel em si é bem organizado, limpo, ótimos funcionários, porém os quartos são extremamente barulhentos, você não tem privacidade alguma, não tem boa acústica, do meu quarto eu ouvia nitidamente a conversa de outro hóspede ao celular no quarto do lado, a noite barulho de ar condicionado do outro quarto e até o ronco de outro hóspede dava ouvir. Fiquei bem assustado, pedi pra trocar de quarto e barulho de ar condicionado permaneceu. Aos donos do hotel, teria vergonha de oferecer esse tipo de hospedagem, com essa construção fuleira, o mínimo que se espera de um hotel é conforto, que inclui conforto acústico e privacidade. Se você se importa com privacidade e silêncio, esse, definitivamente não é o lugar pra se hospedar.
