The place was not very clean and the toilet seat was reinstalled with undersized screws and then packed with silicone what a joke to get a drink at the bar when no one is there took 20 minutes pluse the room had an Oder would not stay there again

Worth it for the experience and breach front!

When I arrived with my kids they helped me to check in. After I saw the bedroom, which was not with a smart tv and the ac wasn't working, they send someone to see it. Downstairs, I spoke to Eduardo, and he was very diligent to find us another accommodation that would provide the comfort and needs we had. The costumer service provided by him was above and beyond! I had previously spoke to stuff members and they weren’t concerned about costumer satisfaction and the costumers needs, when Eduardo accommodated to make the customers happy. I love the restaurant, the food is delicious, the breakfast is amazing, stuff friendly and respectful. Ac amazing, the bed was comfortable and clean sheets. They also provided more pillows and towels as I needed. I have nothing negative to say! View is breathtaking.

O Hotel deveria chamar Meia Laranja, a parte do Restaurante e Café da manhã É Excelente, com pessoas Polidas e Educadas como Sra. Renata e Rosangela. Já a parte da hospedagem conta com pessoal tosco no check-in, ficam de costas para a porta , e têm desatenção com os hóspedes. O quarto tinha as duas pias entupidas, e levou Onze dias para desentupir. O vaso sanitário estava solto, e vazava deixando odor péssimo, pedimos solução e nada. Um elevador ficou Cinco dias para efetuar o Conserto. Uma placa do teto caiu na entrada , e demorou Seis diad dias para Consertar. A TV era muito.ruim para Selecionar os Canais. Enfim, é um empreendimento que esqueceram da Manutenção, e isso é facilmente detectável com uma Manutenção Periódica. Ou seja, é a outra metade da Laranja que já chegou no bagaço. Muito triste, pois gente sentada na mesa não vê nada. Lembrando, até na piscina tem manchas verdes, denotando Falta de Limpeza.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, mas precisa de manutenção. A ducha do vaso estava com vazamento. Como há muitos pombos precisamos deixar a porta q dá acesso à varanda fechada porq as penas invadiam o quarto. As pessoas q trabalham na recepção e no café da manhã são bastante agradáveis.

Hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente, ao tomar banho a agua enche a caixa de esgoto do ralo e começa subir e encher o banheiro, tem que ficar desligando chuveiro e ligando depois pra retornar banho, elevadores caindo os pedacos, tivemos problema com energia, ficava caindo a chave geral, atendimento bem ruim e hotel antigo defasado, nunca mais

Vista incrível

O hotel passou por uma reforma nim passado recebte, mesmo assim achei precisa de manutencao , principalente no quarto e banheiro. Piso manchado, mofo nos box, evidente falta de limpeza. O atedimento foi muito bom, cafe da manha nordestino, tudo gostoso. A vista do hotel e incrivel, vale a oena experiência.

Ficou com receio devido as avaliações... mas

Fiquei com receio devido a varias avaliações negativas, fui com a expectativa baixa, mas me supreendi positivamente. Ficamos no quinto andar otimo apto, bem grande, confortável, limpo, com tomadas, vista lateral do mar. Café da manha muitas opções parecia um almoço. Unica coisa que deveriam avaliar seria uma parceria com o estacionamento que e na rua atras, porem notei que poderia ter deixado na rua o carro. Mas a comodidade do estacionamento mesmo pago tranquiliza o hospede. No mais indico o hotel e voltaria a me hospedar.

Tem potencial, mas está precisando de reforma.

O primeiro quarto ue me colocaram cheirava a quarto velho, como se estivesse fechado a muito tempo, com roupa de cama amarelada, cheiro de mofo, lençol amarelado, toalha amarelada. Não tinha condições de ficar. Solicitamos a troca ue foi feita na mesma hora, o segundo quarto também estava com os lençois e toalhas amareladas e o chão do banheiro estava grudando o pé. A cama e confortável. Mas no quesito conforto e predio novo deixou a desejar, o prédio é visivelmente antigo e os utensilhos (espelho estava muito acabado, cortina velha) precisa de uma reforma urgente. No restaurante sâo uns amores, mas não gostei do cardápio. A tapiica era seca e dura e a variedade pouca. A piscina no terraço quando quis utilizar estava com aspecto de suja, não tive coragem de entrar. O hotel tem muito potencial, mas precisa de um investimento e gerenciamento melhor.
