Lugar limpo e bem localizado
Foi uma estadia agradável, lugar bem localizado e limpo. Pra mim precisa melhorar em dois pontos, que são: Variedade no café da manhã, pois quase todos os dias é o mesmo café. Outro ponto é o chuveiro do banheiro, super fraco, para tomar uma banho demora horas, pois a vazão de água do chuveiro é baixíssima. Obrigada!

Eu gosto muito do serviço oferecido pela pousada. Sempre que vou à Porto dou preferencia a essa pousada. A unica coisa que eu mudaria seria o horário do cafe da manha, como muitos passeios saem bem cedo, as vezes nao da tempo de tomar direito.

Buena ubicación cercano para ir caminando al centro de noche. Los desayunos buenos, tendrían que reponer cuando se terminaban algunas cosas. Lo malo fue el aire tardaba mucho para enfriar. Tiene ducha le hace falta una cortina porque se va toda el agua para el lado del inodoro.

Quando chegamos estávamos com a confirmação do hotéis.com com checkin previsto para as 13h e a pousada quis dizer que seria apenas as 14h, mesmo estando com o quarto desocupado e limpo! Mas como eu mostrei a confirmação do site com o horários das 13h, eles liberam por isso! Apenas por isso! O quarto possuía uma cama de casal, uma de solteiro é um beliche! A cama de casa tinha alguma das tábuas quebradas, que ficava um buraco no meio das costas quando deitávamos! Para não fazer reclamação na hora de dormir, colocamos os colchões dos beliches em cima da cama de casal para algum conforto!

Custo/benefício.
Pousada de baixo custo. O quarto e acomodações estavam limpos. O café da manhã é bom. O jantar no hotel é razoável, uma parte da comida nas duas noites que jantamos chegou fria, não indico meia pensão, melhor comer fora. O atendimento na pousada foi bom.

Ambiente familiar. Custo-benefício razoável
A pousada fica numa boa localização. A menos de 5 minutos a pé do centro de Porto de Galinhas, das piscinas naturais, dos principais restaurantes, caixas eletrônicos, etc. Todos os funcionários foram cordiais e nos atenderam bem. O quarto onde ficamos era bem simples, mas com frigobar, chuveiro elétrico e ar-condicionado em boas condições. Mesmo depois das 9:00 conseguimos pegar o café da manhã, que tinha o básico: frutas, pão, queijo, presunto, cuscuz, salsicha. Ainda pudemos pedir tapioca ou ovos mexidos à cozinheira que os prepareou na hora. A pousada é uma boa opção para quem está acostumado a lugares simples.

Pessimo atendimento
Único hotel onde o café da manhã começa às 7h e termina ãs 8h30, sendo que às 7h15 ainda não está tudo disponível e às 8h já começam a recolher tudo. Pedimos uma tapioca a atendente enrolou até desistirmos de esperar e levantarmos. Fomos reclamar ao proprietário, ele nãotomou providências e quando eu disse que não era necessario pois faria a avaliação aqui no site, ele deu de ombros, demonstrando que não se importa. Depois do incidente meus bom dias e boas noites ficaram sem resposta. No quarto que diz ter TV, uma TV de 14 polegadas que deve ter 20 anos e virada para os pés da cama, ar condicionado com duas opções: caldeirão ou freezer, pois os botões de regulagem foram retirados. A única coisa razoável foi a limpeza, o que não considero vantagem, mas sim o básico, é obrigatória e não um plus. Nunca mais ponho meus pés e não recomendo a ninguém.
