The reception check in was fantastic and very helpful. I have stayed at the hotel three times and have always liked it and is a convenient location for tube and airport connections. However, the morning of check out I asked the lady to charge my phone as my plug was not suitable, I came back 30 minutes later and saw that the phone had not charged, I thought strange but these things can happen. An hour later I asked the same lady again, it was important I had battery on the phone, I came back a while later and AGAIN the phone had not been charged, I checked on the second occasion that there was a connection and the phone had started to charge, she obviously took the phone out and would not charge the phone. Very disappointing.

Horrível!!! Não recomendo ninguém se hospedar nesse hotel... Quarto sujo e banheiros sujos, apenas arrumaram a cama pra receber... Após reclamação, foi trocado quarto e os mesmos problemas, sujeira no quarto e banheiro... Nem sabonete para lavar as mãos não tinha no banheiro.

Me colocaram num quarto o banheiro sem box (Adaptado para pessoas com pouca mobilidade), instalação no quarto nem tanto. troquei de quarto e neste outro não tinha cadeira para trabalho. Nos quartos mesas lascadas.

O ponto positivo era a Localização, mas o restante muito a desejar. Alguns funcionários atenciosos, outros de mal humor. 1) O quarto não corresponde as fotos postadas 2) Tivemos um lençol e uma fronha rasgados, e uma tolha transparente de tão velha. 3) Estava um calor no Hall do Hotel, o Split não atendia as necessidades do calor, pedimos que ligassem os ventiladores, haviam 6 ventiladores e os funcionários não ligaram. 4) Numa região como o Recife, rica em frutas naturais(baratas) como manga, caju, acerola… Os sucos oferecidos eram Todos de Po industrializado, que fazem muito mal a saúde. 4) A Tb com uma programação limitada. 4) A ncontramoa um garfo e uma colher sujos, entre os talheres limpos no café da manhã.

Não parece com nada na foto. O hotel está em decadência. Elevador principal não presta e li depois outro comentários dizendo que o elevador não prestava, então já faz tempo que ele está assim. Não tem garagem , se precisar não tem manobrista, vc paga para estacionar, estacionamento super estreito. A cama parece uma rede de tão funda, sai com as minhas costas doendo. Precisei no dia 01/01/2025 de talheres pq pedi no iFood e o hotel não disponibilizou nem descartáveis e nem do hotel. Única coisa que eh boa , eh pq fica perto da praia , do lado do mc Donalds e do Pão de Açúcar, mas conforto não tem no hotel. Péssimo. Não reservarei novamente. A única coisa que prestava no hotel era o ar condicionado mas nem pude usufruir tanto pq a cama era horrível , pés tortos e funda.

Bem ruim, não voltaria.
Hotel bem velho, com um exaustor no banheiro que é super alto, a ponto de incomodar quem estava no quarto. O café da manhã é bem limitado e só tem um funcionário para fazer a limpeza, o que resultava em mesas disponíveis porém sujas. O pior de tudo foi que fiquei em um quarto com cama de casal, que na verdade eram dois colchões de solteiro posicionados juntos, que acabavam se afastando durante a noite.
