Red Pond Estates Holidays

Overall the stay was ok. My room was located next to housekeeping office so there was constant talking right outside the door. On Sunday the housekeeper came after 9 when we were just starting to get ready to leave. I told her we were going in the shower and she said she would come back. She returned like 30 minutes later. My husband then asked her to give us 10 more minutes. Which made us feel like we were being rushed. When we returned no bath towels were left in the bathroom and the floors wasn't properly cleaned. There were extra towels in the closet so we just used those. Then when we returned from dinner that same night the security officer didn't just open the gate for us to park up eventhough our parking permit was hung up by the rearview mirror. Instead he walked out the booth and asked us where we was going. My husband then removed the permit from the mirror and showed him then he was like ok. We then had to wait for him to for back in the booth to open the gate for us to enter. As I said before overall the stay was ok. It was just a lot of little things that made the it inconvenient.

I loved the property the rooms were beautiful and gave a lot of amenities. I will book again.

The property was beautiful and location was fantastic. The views are just incredible especially from the oceans buildings. The room accomodations at the Oceans bldg were recently renovated and look great!! have to commend management/ ownership for this. We opted for the all- inclusive package. The food menu for dinner at pureocean restaurant needs to be better. Breakfast options were great. Surfside restaurant was a better option for dinner. Although majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful, some were bit grumpy. This needs to change. You should not openly grumble about work and other things while guests are around. The managers need to motivate and encourage staff to focus on customer service and leave the bickering and petty discussions outside the work area. We have been to St. Lucia and stayed at many good resorts and the staff and service are simply amazing.

The staff is exceptionally good as well as the food and accommodations

Nice having semi-private pool. All of the staff very friendly and helpful. Including at L'Astrolabe for breakfast and dinner.
