The gal who runs the front desk was very friendly and competent; we had quite a line when I arrived, but she handled us with adeptness and joy, putting everyone at ease. The room was clean and fine, all I needed for a one night stay.

Comfortable stay, bed and pillows were very comfortable for me. The only issue we had was the heater was loud in the morning, but we told them and they were planning to change it out right away. We were checking out so it was not a big issue. Breakfast was provided with lots of options.

The clerk Nicolette that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. I arrived about 9:00 pm and very happy to make use of the hot tub after my long drive. The bed in my room was very comfortable. I would stay here again!

The fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter. The heating unit also was very loud. The eggs and sausages were completely cold. We are loyal senior travelers and choose to stay at comfort inn and suites most of the time. This was not one of our better experiences.
