Clean. Loved the shower design and decor. The bed was super comfortable and so were the pillows. The dining room attendant was very formidable and greeted everyone, as well as, offering his service for anything. The young woman who checked us in in the evening was friendly and cheery. She made a dinner recommendation and it was perfect for us. A great stay much appreciated.

Booked a double queen room, was given a single king room. Asked the person at the front desk and they stated Expedia booked it as a single king room. Was told to use a pull out bed if I wanted a second bed. Random black hair was on the bedding. Breakfast was completely out of almost everything besides cereal and bread. Terrible experience.
