"Lovely village pub with excellent food and staff. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was good value for money. The room was clean and tidy albeit a bit dated. We all slept well though so no complaints. 5 minute walk to a gorgeous waterfall and beautiful village green right outside the pub door."

"Just the most quaint and beautiful setting! Very well kept property and grounds. The pub dining area couldn't be more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful and a young woman named Jess was particularly delightful and helpful. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet getaway. "My friends and I had a great three nights at the King's Head. The accommodation was good with a sizable and clean room. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. We ate in the restaurant twice during our stay and the menu was varied and quality was good. The hotel bar serves a wide selection of spirits and wine and the beer from the two local breweries was excellent. "
