We enjoyed the stay and it was very peaceful,my wife made use of the Spa treatment which was good. The room was nice and cleaned to a high standard however I feel it would have benefitted from a fridge/mini bar.Also the TV was old style and maybe more options like a smart TV would be good.Twice we had issues with the card door entry that did not work, however the staff were helpful in giving us replacement cards. I know that this is something the hotel is looking to improve. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a good variety.There was ample parking within the grounds.Location was superb close to Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa.

The hotel is undergoing building works, but other than the view of diggers and contractors vehicles, it did not really cause an issue. The rooms were nicely refurbished. The food was excellent. When we booked, we chose the hotel partly because it had a pool. When we checked-in the pool had been closed permanently which was disappointing. Overall a very pleasant stay and walking distance to Ebrington.

We stayed here to visit friends who live really close to the hotel. As this is a "contactless hotel" there is no reception to check in or out. You should receive a text/email the day before your stay telling you the access code to gain entry to the hotel, your room number and code to open the key safe on the wall outside your room. This worked well for us but you do need to check that you have received this as I don't know what you would do if you didn't have this info. The staff were around in the morning and they were polite and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again.

I can confidently say it was an absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail in every aspect of the room. The food was absolutely delicious and we would definitely return.
