"My husband and I stayed at the property Nov 2024. The home and location are even better than could be portrayed in a listing. We have 10-15 year told kids and they would have loved it as well. The views from every side of the home are great, the hot tub was clean and ready to be used, and the home was just so comfortable! We would recommend 100% and can’t wait to go back one day!"

"The house was beautiful, spacious and clean! The views from the deck were gorgeous. It is a beautifully stunning area. Highlights other than the house were Black Sand Beach, Needle Point, and the local brewery. I would definitely recommend this house."

"You can't beat the environment. It's in the middle of the redwoods. Each cabin-like room has big trees close by. The room is cute, like an antique; if this is your type of thing you probably would like it. However, it's quite old. The bathroom tube makes screeching noise (thankfully just for a minute or two) when first using faucet; the heater has a loud noise (dropping of water?) in the middle of night which woke us up. So we decided to turn the heater off -- it wasn't very cold that night,...

"We loved this little cabin! It had everything we needed! One thing to be aware of: the local pickleball community has adopted part of the street leading to the cabin as their courts. They’ll move to let you by, but it gets a bit crowded at times and they’re less than thrilled about stopping play to move their nets. Other than that, it was excellent!"

"Property is beautiful. Waterfront is so nice. Definitely not super fancy but does the job. French press coffee only. Did not like that. One had a crack in it. Our only real complaint was the number of flies we had to kill every afternoon in the kitchen. If the owner fixed the kitchen door this won’t be a problem. Beautiful place. Would stay again. Would have liked a microwave and kcup coffee pot."

"Alessandra was great, we couldn't figure out how the TV worked so she came over,called the owner, and had us up and running in no time. If we had a question, we would text her, and she would get right back to you with an answer, I really couldn't want a better host. The property was very nice also. We were pleasantly surprised that the water filtration system allows you to drink straight from the tap so we could refill our water bottles too. The bed was very comfortable, it was clean and well-kept. The location is central to the beautiful attractions of the redwoods. We took several hikes and had a fancy dinner at the Bennie Inn. "The inn was actually more like a motel. The staff were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating. My main issue was the floor. I am a barefoot girl and the bottom of my feet were very dirty from walking around barefoot and caused me to wear my shoes inside.
