"Team was warm and friendly and waited after hours to make sure we were checked in before he goes to bed. It was a late train to R Callabria. He spend time sharing places to eat and his favorite places to get snack or dinner and even Gellato. Lorenzo was always prompt on WhatsApp and they show up in person when beckoned. The unit has all the amenities one would need when traveling. The linen were really fresh and clean. The ladies are cleaning the rooms daily and provide a great service. "

The staff is so accommodating and wonderful - they are there to help you with anything you need and are always polite and cheerful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful and they keep them clean! "The gem of this hotel is the rooftop restaurant. We had no idea it was there, but upon arriving learned of it. The staff is wonderful and the views, especially at sunset, were spectacular. Stay here just for that - or come over from your hotel for the restaurant. Terrific location and helpful staff. The room is a bit dated, but definitely adequate. "

"Loved the size of the room and the view. There were mosquitos every time we can back and it was a little stressful. The shower worked well but needed to be cleaned better. The breakfast and the restaurant staff are five stars! It’s conveniently located and very reasonable for what they provide. "

"Town House Cavour lived up to its promise. New and modern interior. Large bath and comfortable bed. Good a/c adequate for the space. Large armoire/closet with drawers, shelves and hanging space so we could fully unpack and stow away the empty suitcases. Steps from the piazza del duomo and the pedestrian street where there were shopping, bars and restaurants. Our host gave us good recommendations for restaurants to try and things to do. I highly recommend it."
