"We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

"Great hotel ideal for us as close to Cremona karting! Nice and clean and great breakfast! We love a dip the pool on our return from a long day at the kart track! We just wish the pool would stay open a bit later in the evenings as the children from all over the world swim and chat together! "

"The views from this property are absolutely breathtaking! While the property is not near any major sights, it is peaceful and beautiful. Fernanda was very responsive to my questions and her husband assisted us in guiding us around the area to point out places to eat and shop with. The pool was enjoyed by the family and we also also had a fabulous dinner grilling outside on the property. The pictures shown on this sight are accurate."

"The town of Guiglia is great for anyone wants to explore Emilia Romagna by car but avoid actually staying in the larger towns of Modena or Bologna. We had a variety of experiences in Castelvetro, Modena, and other surrounding towns, and all were fairly easy to access from Guiglia. "We booked the unit the day before arrival and Gabriella was very welcoming and responsive. The unit is as advertised, in a great location, especially if you are in town for the car factory tours. She even noticed it was my birthday on the passport and gave me a nice gift. I highly recommend Gabriella and this unit. "

There is an exceptional restaurant about 100 metres away, but we never managed to get in.
