"Convenient for our stay. Clean comfortable spacious room with small sitting area & balcony. Would stay again. Biggest concern for us was “headboard” on bed. Very distinctive look but also very easy to accidentally hit your head on it, as it is a wide hollow metal bar attached to the wall like a shelf. Glass walled shower in room and lack of floor to ceiling walls on two sides of toilet area could be problematic depending upon traveling companion. "

"This was a great town to visit. The BB Luna has some great Michelin star restaurants in walking distance. Make sure to not park across the street on weekends because of the local market. In Addition the gps brings you across the street. Search BB Luna when you get in the area. The host was one of the most thoughtful people and he was always making sure our stay was great. "

"We loved our stay at the old manor house. It is a beautiful and peaceful country setting. We enjoyed the friendly farm animals (dogs and cats). Dario was a very responsive host and helped us graciously with anything. He even provided a tour of his winery for us which we found very interesting. If you are looking for a peaceful country get away then this is the perfect place. It has plenty of outdoor space and fun for a family."

"Luca is a great communicator and was generous with his time to share recommended locations for food & drink. He met us at the property for check in to give an introductory tour of the property and was very fast to reply to questions during our stay. The property has an incredible three-sided view over Modena! Taking the multiple flights of stairs up to the property is worth it for a unique experience and quiet escape in the city."

"This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. "BEWARE! This apartment is NOT in the old center of Modena, even if the map might show it as such - in reality, it is 2.7km (~2 mi) away!! When we pointed out this shocking discrepancy to Emilia Suite, they did not apologize nor offer to correct the location displayed - future reservations were still showing the incorrect, central location as of 10/18/24 - which made us think they either purposely lied about the location, or at least wilfully and negligently failed to correct any map...

"All the staff was fabulous, attentive, helpful and kind. the hotel is clean, modern, has a great breakfast buffet, the area is busy, but you cannot hear a sound from the room. It's conveniently located a block away a supermarket and pharmacy and walkable distance of the historic part of Reggio Emilia and the Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi. The train stations are 7 minutes away by car or taxi. ."

"We were celebrating our 41st anniversary and stayed for 5 nights back on March 22, 2025, and we were pleased with the property and the location. The area is quiet at night, but it could be a little noisy early in the morning around 7 a.m. and 8am but nothing extreme. The only thing is that the hot breakfast is always cold around 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. "
