The parking lot was not cleared of snow for parking and walking in the whole area. It was packed with snow and lots of ruts. Very difficult to walk through. Obviously, it had not been attended to for quite some time. so driving up, I was not impressed. Thankfully it was still light out

Asked for blanket for the pullout couch There was a smoke on the bed and didnt get the blanket I adked for, stated there was 1 on room told the frint desk person there wasnt and i checked sll areas and drawers ,my son didnt have a blanket for his bed, not happy with that service ,they told me they didnt have any blankets
