"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"Der Weg zum Haus ist super vom Vermieter beschrieben und sehr abenteuerlich. Das Haus steht in absoluter Alleinlage am Waldrand und direkt vor dem Haus beginnen die Weinfelder. Traumhaft schön. Die kleine Auffahrt direkt zum Haus (ca. 50m) ist sehr steil. Vom Parkplatz vor dem Haus geht es ca. 50 Stufen durch den Garten zum Gebäude. It’s in a private area with gate system which gives a very secure feeling although being in a sleepy village there wasn’t any cause for worry. parking space for 2 cars. "One night stay at the Moxy, for Europa Park. The hotel is in a great location for visits to Europa Park with just being a short walk away. The weather in January was cold but the hotel and our room was nice and warm. We had breakfast which was very good. The room was clean and modern with good amenities, it would have been nice if there was tea/coffeeaking facilities in the room. But the bar staff helped us with hot water. "

"This was a really nice hotel by Marriott. Only four years old with some of the best views of the city. They gave us a sixth floor with direct views of the Notre Dame. What a site. Definitely recommend this hotel, some of the most comfortable beds That we slept on in a while for hotel sake."
