"Nice but did not like the hidden 50 Euros charge for “cleaning after”! especially when I opened the sofa bed there was some insect poo indicating the sofa bed had not been used neither cleaned for awhile. This charge should have been included in the whole price when I saw a property on Expedia. I did see the €50 charge between brackets but I thought it was something optional and this this is why I went for this property otherwise I would’ve gone for other cheaper maybe better accommodation. ...

"We went to check in and we could not get a hold of anybody. The phone number was wrong, and there is no one responding from the hotel. Hotels.com did their best to communicate with. They could also not get a hold of anyone. hotel.com is working on a refund for us which is appreciated. At the end of the day, it was late and we had to find another hotel to stay in was very helpful."
