"Waren für zwei Nächte dort. Die Fewo liegt zentral an der Durchfahrtsstraße in Neuhaus. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Schwierig gestaltete sich die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, da diese die Kommunikationsmöglichkeit über fewo-direkt nicht nutzen. Telefonisch auch nicht erreicht, aber der Check-In hat trotzdem geklappt. Samstag Nacht war eine Gartenparty, die uns etwas gestört hat, da direkt unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster."

"This is a really very nice hotel with absolutely superb staff and a wonderful spa. Breakfast is excellent and the view from lake-facing rooms amazing. Why four, rather than five stars? First there is no room service. The reason given for this is that the hotel is spread over a large area and the hotel does not want to deliver sub-standard food. Fine, but if Deliveroo etc can deliver piping hot food across a town I’m sure this hotel could do perfectly decent room service if it wanted to. More...

"The Caro & Selig Tergensee is a lovely hotel. Beautiful spacious rooms with broad balconies, great restaurant, coffee bar, and roof top bar. The Spa has wonderful complimentary Sauna, Steam and guest pool. Staff are efficient, accommodating and friendly. Easy walking distance to town shops and off-site restaurants. What’s not to like!"

"I visited this area for the first time, and I really liked this hotel. The rooms are good sized and the bed is very comfortable. The windows swing open wide which was nice to bring in the cool evening air. The location is right in the action for the town, and it's across the street from the lake so I had a really nice view from the room. The restaurant is very good, opting to eat there twice for dinner. The breakfast which was included in the room was very good too. The front desk team spoke perfect English which I appreciated and their directions and suggestions were very much appreciated."
