"The house and lovely shady park suited us very well as the weather was very hot. However the kitchen was far too small and inconvenient for a large number of people. We had problems with the pool, the water turned green and the cover jammed. These problems were dealt with very quickly by the manager."

"The historic home gave everyone their own space and plenty of activities. With loads of character and modern convenience we had everything we needed for a great summer holiday. With the weather being warm the pool was a welcome relief and had naturally warmed up to 23. The location was very central in burgundy and we had some great day trips. Highly recommended."

"This townhouse is in the perfect location in Beaune. We had a wonderful time during our stay. It is close to the town center and an easy walk to the train station, only a 10 minute walk. The place is as indicated, clean, quaint, and the bedrooms were charming. There are many stairs, so if that is an issue you should consider that, but overall the place is lovely. "We were 4 retired couples from North America. We spent 3 nights here, and were very happy with the accommodations. It was clean and comfortable. Good amenities, including good Wi-Fi and unique pool. There was some vehicular street noise, in part due to being there during grape harvest season. We would all stay here again."

"Bernard was very accommodating and provided a very clean and well equipped house to stay in. The downside was that the outside area felt like a building site. There was a half finished pond and decking area. The area around the pool is unfinished concrete as well. It is within walking distance to Santaney, but does mean it is on the main road. These things were tricky with young children and not clear on the listing."

"Un très bon séjour au sein de ce logement ! Fred est très sympathique et le logement était parfaitement adapté pour la famille (petit bémol sur le manque de casseroles mais c'est un détail). Nous y étions tellement bien que nous sommes finalement très peu sorti du logement ! L'extérieur est bien aménagé, les équipements de loisirs sont présents et la maison est grande et confortable. Je recommande à 100% et nous comptons bien y retourner !"

"We had a lovely spacious room street side. All very modern especially the bathroom which was wonderful. The only thing that would be a good improvement would be to have black out blinds/curtains. Also some attention to the windows as we experienced early morning street noise. Breakfast was great, a nice selection and lovely staff.
