Located on the ground floor, this 45 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and comprises a large living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a terrace. 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A sitting area with double sofa bed, coffee table, television and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.

Perfect little home for a vacation to explore Rennes en surroundingsgs
Very good property for your money. Maybe a little bit smal for 4 sleeps, but it was perfect for the 2 of us. Lovely clean appartment with a good bed. I loved the fact that we could sit outside, even though there was no view. We did not miss anything, it was all there, dishwasher, washingmachine. The oven was not clean enough to use, that was a shame, and the carpet was slippery. That are the only comments I can think of. The appartment is a 10 min walk from the railwaystation and very near to the old part of town. We could easally walk to all the things we wanted to do and see. I loved it. I would recommend it to friends and familly and if we ever want to return to this city we will check the availability of the blue lagoon before surching for something else.

Bien placée pour moi, toutefois: Absence de tapis de bain Pas de vue Pas de rideaux occultant Table pour manger inadaptée (plateau pas droit en bois brut et petite) Bruit de la VMC à couper la nuit Grosse antenne FR3 Bretagne tout à côté Voisins calmes (heureusement) mais aucune isolation pas de rangement SDB (pas d'étagère ni même de crochets derrière la porte) et Chambre (pas de penderie avec des cintres) Mini lave-vaisselle inutile (une assiette ne tient pas à la verticale) Points positifs : WIFI Salle de bain agréable
