The check-in process was very confusing and slow. After a long day playing in the snow, everyone was exhausted and wanted to get in the hotel room asap. However, we spent almost 30 minutes on checking in. The front desk staff didn’t seem to like their jobs neither probably due to the heavy workload. They were definitely short staffed for the amount of guests they had to handle. The hotel itself was clean but the bedside table showed many yucky beverage marks that apparently left by the previous guest. My husband had to clean it by himself. Not sure if I would come back.

Love to come here with my family because I feel safe and with the many activities provided for the kids and not to have to worry about entertaining them. Rooms are clean and spacious. Main area where Slot machines are doesn’t have much of overwhelming cigarette smell- which is great!

I paid extra for a better room but the room had limited amenities. No microwave or pantry area. The room did not even had a hot water kettle. The bathroom did not have any exhaust or one was not working so the entire room was stinking

Newer looking resort, very clean and large. The room was very nice but not quiet at all! We could hear loud conversations from next room including the constant loud sound of the adjoining door that separates the rooms! (as if every time they opened their door the wind suction would move our adjoining door! Very frustrating! Kept us up for the two nights we were there!) We could also hear the other guests as they walked-by and could clearly hear conversations! Paper walls?! Would I recommend a stay at this resort? Actually I would! Just as long as you tell the staff to accommodate you in a better location in the hotel so you don’t have to put up with all this noise!
