The surrounding area is bad and attracts loittering oppurtunists, but the staff was amazing. Attached casino gets rowdy but fun nonetheless. Ramada does a good job with security and patrols on the property.

Staff was great. Our room was clean but awkward dimensions being right next to the elevator. Our mattress was not intended for a restful night sleep it needed a mattress pad,something it was so overfirm resulting in constant turning and moving and eventually giving up and getting out of the room before 6:00 am. Otherwise we had no complaints, it was right off I80 in Reno, handy for the state bowling tournament at the Reno Bowling Stadium.

Very friendly staff, they provided fun activities for my grandsons to visit me and play and have fun! Rooms are beautiful and the view was worth it all on it's own. I will always stay at the Ramada when I visit Reno. They also had the cutest dog bowl with fresh water in the lobby for visiting for babies!!
