"Grumpy staff, not willing to help and not even trying to speak another language but german. Very little info in english or other languages. Horrible wi-fi, and you constantly have to log on to hotspot. Suggestions: -Open some ceiling windows in djungelland and the restaurant "street", the heat is too much! -Maximum 3 hours in the pool area? Come on! This sounds negative, but all in all it was a very nice place!"

"Alles was man braucht gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist schön. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem im Badezimmer. ( Urinstein, schmutzige Dusche, verkalkter Wasserhahn ) Im Schlafzimmer war die Gardine zerrissen und die Nachttischlampe kaputt. Sofa ist durchgesessen. Wir haben uns auch gefragt wofür man 12 kleine Gabeln braucht aber nur 4 Teelöffel vorhanden sind? Da müsste man nachbessern. Ansonsten hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub."

"If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it. "
