Extremely disappointed in this hotel. We cancelled our reservation and apparently they ignored the message charged me. The hotel sent us instructions for how to get in at two in the morning. Horrible communication and a horrible experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. However, I was often woken up by noise from other guests during the night. The room felt a bit small, especially with two large suitcases and hand luggage — there wasn’t much space to move around. We also found there weren’t enough options to dry our clothes after a day out. Overall, a decent stay, but with some room for improvement.

Staff here was very helpful, Allowing me to check in early, showing me highlights on a map of Reykjavík, and making a take away breakfast for a very early flight. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept. The art was unique and add to the charm. The staff were lovely and very personable. The chocolates in the reception and offering all day coffee and cake in the lounge area was was an extra nice touch. Only recompendation is to turn the heat down a bit.

This is a smaller boutique hotel. It was probably the best hotel room I ever stayed at. The room was luxurious and cozy with moody lighting and modern decor. The washroom felt like a spa - heated floors / towel warmer. Breakfast is included in your stay and it was delicious. Wish I stayed 2 nights instead of 1!
