"Everyone at the hotel were extremely helpful and kind. The buffet breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is very near the train station but many of the local businesses seem a little rough and only a few blocks away (on your way to the major city sites) are some of the worst city conditions (drugs and sex shops and shady casinos). If you can navigate your way past those rough edges, the hotel is worth the cost of the stay."

"The breakfast spread was exceptionally well done, even by the standards of Germany. The hotel is next to the train station, which gives rise to a somewhat sketchy crowd. But, on the whole this wasn’t too bad. "

"The hotel was very easy to locate; receptionist had our reservation. Less than one minute we were able to go to our room, the room and bathroom were very spacious and super clean. Although at the airport but no noise at all super quiet. Hotel had a great restaurant at the lobby; food was very good and great service. "

"This is a great hotel if you’re planning on visiting the excellent museums in Frankfurt - it’s an easy walk to the Städel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good bathroom. I also enjoyed the food in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that the room was too warm and I was told that the A/C was set to warm not cool the room! "
