The check in was quite easy, but the receptionist barely knew English which was abit of a langauge barrier. Which meant we didn't know where the meals were serviced or we had to get towels from them for the pool or beach etc.
The room was decent, a bit of the shower was broken but apart from that was alright, the door only had a door lock so we had the cleaning crew walk into the room in the morning when we were sleeping twice. They need to invest in additional locks.
Food was abit repetitive sometimes there was a change up which was not major but was like average for an all inclusive.
Has about 2 big pools and 1 kids pool that needs a refurb as it looks very dirty when it's the paint on the inside making it look worse than it is. Pool times could be extended further as it is only for an 8 hour range.
The Beach was nice, one of the main attractions but could use more beach chairs as there was less than 25 probably.
The bar was decent, the male bartender was great and efficient with his service and was always welcoming. Cannot say the same for the female bartender who was quite rude and stuck up. They had some odd combinations for drinks like pineapple juice in the sex and the beach drink which is not normal. Not much of a snack bar, food was hard and not much of a choice.
The receptionist during the morning was very helpful and we got our late checkout sorted as we had a late flight back.
If they did a refurb we would consider coming back. But may explore other options.
